Château La Tour Vaucros Entertainment and production, down an avenue of pines.
Sorgues, near Châteauneuf-du-Pape
A private estate near Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a few minutes from Avignon, reached down an avenue of centenary pines. We produce the whole event here, end to end: the music, the sound and the light, from the ceremony to the last song.
The running order
One event, cue by cue.
Vaucros moves from the green theatre to the lawn under the pines, the allée and the reception rooms. We plan the entertainment and the production together, as one running order, so every change of place and pace is cued, lit and heard as it should be.
Cue
01
The théâtre de verdure
Ceremony
At the château's entrance
A ceremony in a theatre of green.
The green theatre is made for a ceremony. We choose musicians who suit it, and give the vows and readings discreet sound, so every guest hears them without a speaker in sight.
- Entertainment
- String quartet · Harp · Solo voice with strings
- Production
- Discreet ceremony sound · Microphones for vows and readings
- Where
- The théâtre de verdure at the château's entrance, 400 m²; the Salon d'Été if the weather turns.
Cue
02
The lawn under the pines
Cocktails
By the pool, as the light goes
Music under the pines.
Cocktails spread across the lawn and under the pines. We set a live act where it carries without raising voices, and begin to light the pines as the sun goes down.
- Entertainment
- Jazz trio · Acoustic duo · Strolling musicians
- Production
- Sound across the lawn · Lighting the pines at dusk
- Where
- The pool lawn, 1,000 m², under the pines; or the terraces of the vines and the fountain.
Cue
03
The allée
Dinner
A long table under the centenary pines
A long table down the allée.

The allée can hold a candlelit dinner. We light the pines above it and the table beneath them as one composition, and pace the music and speeches to the courses.
- Entertainment
- Pianist or singer between courses · A performance before dessert · Live first dance
- Production
- Lighting the allée and its pines · Table lighting · Sound for speeches and performers
- Where
- The allée of centenary pines; or the château courtyard, 500 m², under its centenary plane tree.
Cue
04
The reception rooms
After-party
Under the chandeliers
Then the chandeliers come down to the floor.

The party moves inside, under the chandeliers. We build the dance floor around a DJ and live musicians: sound, lighting, a bespoke DJ booth and scenic, so the room becomes the night's last scene.
- Entertainment
- DJ with live saxophone or percussion · Show band · A Club Coda after-party
- Production
- Dance-floor sound and lighting · Bespoke DJ booth and scenic · Technical production
- Where
- The reception rooms, one under majestic chandeliers, with room for a dance floor.

From us
Light for the pines
Centenary pines are the estate's architecture. We light their trunks and crowns so the allée and the lawn hold their shape after dark.
Outside, then in
The day moves from the gardens to the reception rooms. We plan sound and lighting for both, so the move inside feels like a new scene, not an interruption.
One running order
Performers, sound and light come from one team, so every cue is planned together and nothing falls between suppliers.
