French Riviera, Monaco & Europe

Event production for sound, light and space.

We design and deliver the technical and scenic layer of an event: how it sounds, how it is lit and how the space is shaped. For weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, with our own team from the first drawing to the last song.

We work behind the scenes, so that the room, the music and the light feel like one idea.

50+

venues across France and Europe

Most of our work begins with a planner’s design or a venue we already know well. We translate it into systems, plots and structures, then install and run them ourselves, so one team is accountable from the first site visit to the final load-out.

We have produced events at villas and private estates, hotel ballrooms, beach clubs and yachts across the Riviera, and travel with the same crew to selected destinations in Europe.

01

Sound design

We design sound around the room and the moment, not its loudest moment. A string quartet on a terrace, speeches across a garden and a headline DJ at one in the morning each need a different system, placed differently.

We specify the system, install it and mix it on the day with our own engineers, for speeches, live bands, DJs and full productions.

Speeches & dinner

Clear speech and live music at conversational levels, with speakers placed out of sight lines and photographs.

Venue limits

Many Riviera venues have strict sound limits and neighbours close by. We plan for them from the start with directional systems, careful placement and level management.

Includes

  • Speech and presentation audio
  • Live band and DJ systems
  • Discreet, distributed audio
  • Monitoring and live mixing
  • DJ booths and club-standard sound
  • Sound engineers on site

We select and configure professional sound systems to suit each space, performance and audience.

Lighting design

Light decides how a place feels after dark. We start with the architecture — the façade, the trees, the line of a terrace — and build towards the moments that need more.

We light for the camera as well as the room. Photographers and filmmakers need warm, even light on faces at dinner and controlled contrast for the key moments, so we plan the two together.

Architectural & ambient

Uplighting, festoon and warm washes that reveal the venue and keep faces flattering through dinner.

Show & dance floor

Programmed moving lights, haze and effects for key moments, live sets and the after-party, timed so each change of mood feels deliberate.

Includes

  • Lighting design and plots
  • Architectural uplighting
  • Decorative and festoon lighting
  • Stage and show lighting
  • Programming and operation

03

Scenic design

Scenic design gives an event its sense of place. We design and build the elements guests use and remember: the dance floor, the stage, the bar, the DJ booth, and the draping that turns a marquee or ballroom into something of its own.

Everything is drawn for the venue, made to fit and installed alongside the lighting, so the two are designed together rather than added to each other.

Dance floors & staging

Sized for the guest list and the band, levelled for terraces and lawns, and finished to suit the setting.

Bars, booths & lounges

Built as part of the design rather than hired as an afterthought, with lighting integrated from the first drawing.

Includes

  • Dance floors and staging
  • DJ booths and statement bars
  • Draping and backdrops
  • Bespoke installations
  • Lounge furniture and styling

04

AV production

For launches, presentations, conferences and live productions, the technical layer has to be invisible and completely dependable. We provide the screens, projection and presentation systems, and the technicians to run them.

We deliver complete AV productions, or work alongside an existing production team as its technical partner.

Our corporate work includes brand events during the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions and MIPIM, where timings are fixed and the technical standard is set by the agencies and brands we work for.

Includes

  • LED screens and projection
  • Presentation and playback
  • Wireless and conference microphones
  • Technical infrastructure
  • Technical management and crew

How we work

  1. 01

    Listen

We start with the brief, the venue and your planner’s design, ideally with a site visit.

  2. 02

    Design

Drawings, lighting plots and a clear specification, refined until they are right.

  3. 03

    Build

Our own crew installs, focuses and tests everything before the first guest arrives.

  4. 04

    Run

We stay on site and operate the event, from the first guest to the last song.

Questions

Can you work from our planner’s design?

Yes. Much of our work is with planners and event agencies. We take their creative direction and handle the technical design, specification and delivery.

Do you provide technicians on the day?

Always. Our own engineers and technicians install, operate and stay on site throughout the event, then manage the load-out.

Do you work outside the French Riviera?

Yes. We are based in Nice, work throughout France and Monaco, and travel to selected destinations across Europe.

Can we hire equipment without full production?

Yes. Our AV Hire service covers sound, lighting, DJ equipment and backline, dry hire or with technicians. Production is for when you want us to design and run it.

Do you also provide the entertainment?

Yes. Many clients combine production with our entertainment curation — DJs, live bands and musicians — so the sound, the lighting and the performers are planned as one.

How early should we get in touch?

As soon as you have a date and a venue. The Riviera season from May to September books early, and an early site visit gives us more design options.

Tell us about the space and the event you have in mind.
