Grand-Hôtel du Cap-FerratEntertainment and production, from afternoon to night.
A Four Seasons Hotel · Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat
A Belle Époque hotel at the tip of Cap-Ferrat, opened in 1908, in gardens that run down to the sea. Here the setting is already composed; our part is to make the evening belong to it.
Above and below the line
At the Grand-Hôtel every hour shares the same horizon. We plan each one in two parts: the entertainment guests see and hear, and the production that carries it (sound, light and scenic design), given equal care. Everything is agreed with the hotel first, within its own arrangements.
01 · Afternoon
Ceremony
In the gardens
Let the sea set the scale.
Entertainment
- String quartet
- Harp
- Voice and guitar
Production
- Discreet sound for the vows
- Ceremony staging with your planner and florist
Outdoors on the Cap, the view does the work. We keep the music acoustic or lightly supported, so the vows carry over the garden, and plan the set-up around the hotel's timings for the space.
Where · The hotel's gardens, terraces or lawns, as agreed with the hotel.
02 · Golden hour
Aperitif
On the terraces
Music that carries across a terrace, and no further.
Entertainment
- Jazz trio
- Saxophone and DJ
- Strolling musicians

Production
- Sound shaped to the terrace
- Lighting timed to the sunset
As the light turns gold, the music should lift the mood without competing with the conversation or the view. We favour small live line-ups, with sound designed to fill the terrace and stop at its edge.
Where · A terrace above the sea, or the gardens.
03 · Evening
Dinner
In the Rotonde, or under the sky
Light the architecture, then the table.
Entertainment
- Live singer or band
- A performance between courses
- Live first dance

Production
- Architectural and garden lighting
- Scenic and table lighting
- Sound and screens for speeches and films
Dinner is where production matters most: the setting lit so it stays part of the evening after dark, the table lit for faces and food, and music that rises between courses. Speeches and films get sound and screens planned with the hotel.
Where · A terrace or lawn, or the Rotonde, Gustave Eiffel's 1908 pavilion.
04 · Night
After-party
By the sea
The night turns to the dance floor.
Entertainment
- DJ with live musicians
- Show band
- A Club Coda after-party

Production
- Dance-floor sound and lighting
- Bespoke DJ booth and scenic design
- Technical production and coordination
For the party we pair a DJ with live musicians and design the dance floor as a space of its own: sound tuned for it, lighting that moves with the music, and a DJ booth made for the setting rather than brought in from a club.
Where · A space agreed with the hotel, such as the Club Dauphin terraces.
Working with the hotel

- 01Supplier arrangements confirmed with the hotel first
- 02Entertainment curated, briefed and scheduled by us
- 03Sound, lighting, scenic design and AV, where the hotel permits
- 04One running order with your planner and the hotel

From us
Equal weight
Here entertainment and production get the same care: the best musicians lose something in poor sound, and the best lighting needs something worth lighting.
Day into night
An event at the Grand-Hôtel usually spans daylight and dark. We design for both, so the setting stays part of the evening after sunset.
Within the hotel's arrangements
Every element is agreed with the hotel's events team before it reaches a proposal.
